I saw this design on Instagram and thought I wanted to try it out. I had no idea how it was done, so it took me three times to get it right. Basically, I just globbed on the light grey, blue and purple and swirled it around a bit with a brush. I cured it when I was happy with it, and then went back with some diluted light grey to soften up the look a bit, and cured that. Then I went with some gold leaf and made it look a bit like veins, and voila. Done (after putting a top coat)! I LOVE THESE NAILS. 

My Brother-in-law's fundraiser was this weekend, so I decided to make my nails in his colors, red and gold. I had some gold leaf that I hadn't used yet, so I thought, lets do red marble, and add some gold leaf. I like the design, I'm just not crazy about the red marble. I think I would have liked it more if it was like, purple. Ah well, something to do next time!
